SASPO is proud to announce that Tong Seng is now an RSPO-member and has published their palm oil commitments. They are committed to selling 100% segregated certified sustainable palm oil to their customers by 2025.
SASPO is proud to announce that Tong Seng is now an RSPO-member and has published their palm oil commitments. They are committed to selling 100% segregated certified sustainable palm oil to their customers by 2025.
RSPO has reinstated Nestlé’s RSPO membership after a 3-week suspension, following the submission of a time-bound action plan to achieve 100 percent RSPO certified sustainable palm oil by 2023.

Due to breaches of the RSPO Statutes and Code of Conduct for Members, RSPO has decided to suspend Nestlé’s membership and certification on 27 June 2018. RSPO will grant a period of 30 days (from the date of suspension) to communicate its suspension to its customers, thus allowing them to seek alternatives. After this 30 day period, Nestlé certificates will automatically cease to be valid and trading of CSPO will no longer be available via PalmTrace.

On 25 June 2018, Daniel Denis of Denis Group Holdings represented SASPO at the European RT 2018 on a panel discussion. The topic was focused on the collaborative approaches globally to drive up market demand for sustainable palm oil. Mr Denis presented briefly on SASPO and the positive growth of its membership in the last years.
